Living Water 414 Foundation, Inc. is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation and a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This notice explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how you can tell us to stop.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. Not ever, and not for any price.
What we collect
Information you give us.
— Your email address, when you sign up to receive devotional and ministry email.
— Your name, email address and message, when you use a contact form or write to us.
— Information connected to a gift, if you donate — your name, contact details, and the amount and date of your gift. Card and bank numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach us or this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records ordinary technical information when you visit — the pages you open, the approximate region you visit from, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that referred you.
— This site is built and hosted on Wix, which collects this information to serve and secure the site.
— This site also loads a Mailchimp script on every page, which sets cookies and records visits so that our email list and our website can be connected.
We do not collect any of this in order to build a profile of you, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we collect it
— To send you the devotional, teaching material, and ministry updates you asked for.
— To answer you when you write to us.
— To acknowledge a gift and to keep the records a 501(c)(3) is required to keep.
— To keep the site working, secure, and usable.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
Who else can see it
Only the services that make this ministry run, and only so that they can do their part:
— Wix — hosts the website and stores what our forms collect.
— Mailchimp — stores our email list and sends our email.
— Our payment processor — handles gifts.
— Anyone the law requires, if we are ever legally compelled.
Each of these is bound by its own privacy terms. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing, and we never give them permission to do so.
Email you receive from us
— Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. One click, and it stops.
— We send devotional encouragement, teaching resources, and ministry updates. We do not send advertising for anyone else.
— If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not email you again.
Photographs, video, and stories
The ministry publishes photographs, video, and accounts of the work, including work in Guyana.
— We publish a person's photograph, name, or story only with their permission.
— For a child, we require a parent's or guardian's written permission, and we do not publish a child's full name alongside their photograph.
— If your photograph or story is on this site and you want it removed, write to us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep donation records for as long as the law requires a charitable organization to keep them. We do not keep anything else longer than it is useful.
What you can ask us to do
Write to us at the address below, and we will:
— Tell you what we hold about you.
— Correct anything that is wrong.
— Delete you from our records, except where the law requires us to keep a donation record.
— Stop emailing you.
We answer these requests within a reasonable time and at no charge.

Changes to this notice
